My mission is to help you break free from diet culture, build a healthier relationship with food and your body, and integrate therapy seamlessly into your life. Whether you show up in pajamas, with a pet, or over your morning coffee. Together, we’ll work to reclaim meaning, rediscover joy, and move toward a life filled with peace, purpose, and fulfillment.
