Building Connection, one bite at a time. Join Sara or Kayla, for a bi-weekly in-person meal support group.
Led by a therapist or dietitian, this meal support group
offers guidance around the table. All bodies, all
experiences, and all feelings are welcome here.
This is a pay-what-you-can group with a suggested
fee of $20. No one will be turned away for lack of funds.

Support groups can be an integral piece of recovery for people who struggle with their body image and/or eating disorders. Groups provide a space where everyone in the room has a shared experience. Getting to meet others and share feelings and experiences with people who understand can be a powerful catalyst for healing.
